# From Coinbase
1. Open the Coinbase app, select the "**Send"** button.
2. **Enter the amount** you would like to send to your XRP Ledger account managed with Xaman then press, “**Continue**”.
⚠️ Please note: If you are trying to activate an account on the XRP Ledger, you will need to send at least **10 XRP**
3. Enter **your r-address** from Xaman, (No XRP Tag is needed.) then press “**Preview send**”.
Note: You can find your r-address in Xaman here…
3. Select “**Yes, I’m sure**”.
⚠️ Please note: When sending to your self-custodial XRP Ledger account managed by Xaman, a destination tag/ XRP Tag is not required.
5. Tap the **“Send now”** button and wait for Coinbase to process your transaction.
5. Press “**Done**”.
Your XRP will arrive in your XRP Ledger account managed with Xaman shortly 🎉
